One winner will receive two (2) Sheer White Teeth Whitening Strips Kits valued at $90 contingent on the successful completion of a dental exam with Dental Elements. Before the winner can redeem the whitening kit, winner must schedule dental exam, including any necessary intra-oral photos and x-rays to determine oral and gum health. The whitening kits will be redeemed only in the absence of oral disease, and infection. If infection or disease is present, the whitening kit will be redeemed at the completion of treatment. Entrant agrees that all decisions regarding dental treatment associated with this contest are in the complete discretion of Dental Elements, and any such decision will be final and binding. NOTE: If the winner declines treatment of serious infection or disease, they will forfeit the redemption of the whitening kits prize. Total prize actual retail value for dental exam, photos and/or x-rays and whitening kits is $150.
